As a CAIRS client, you should have a signed copy of CAIRS Rates and Policies for the current year on file. If so, just provide the interpreter-request information below and submit. However, if you are not a CAIRS client, please use this page instead. Note: All submitted interpreter-requests are forwarded to info@cairs.net. CAIRS Emergency Pager Service (EPS) Team provides interpreting services during non-business hours (Monday to Friday 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM, Saturday and Sunday all day) for hospital and emergency interpreter assignments in the greater Chicago area. To contact CAIRS EPS, please call 312-895-4300.
